Over 500 board games available for rental, a used game market, demonstrations, and tournaments with prizes – these are just some of the attractions at the 9th "GRAWITACJA" Board Game Day at NCU.
The largest event of its kind in Toruń (with nearly 800 participants last year) will take place on Saturday, 14th of March, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science (12/18 Chopina St.).
On-site, animators will be available to help you choose the right game and explain the rules (also in English). A dedicated game room for families with young children will offer art workshops, demos, and tournaments for the youngest players.
Additional highlights include:
- A Star Wars: X-WING
- RPG (role-playing game) and LARP (live action role-playing) sessions hosted by Game Masters and the NCU Student LARP Club (beginners welcome!)
- The ESHIP: Navigating Uncertainty game session, led by the NCU Centre for Academic Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer – a perfect chance to test your business flair while having fun
- An introduction to the world of Mahjong by the ChiiThorn group
- Board game quizzes and challenges
Admission is free. We invite the entire university community, friends of NCU, families, and guests!
