Dear international Graduates of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun!

In a few months, you will have completed your studies. We are planning to organise a graduation ceremony especially for you – a Goodbye party to our University.  The ceremony is dedicated to international students completing bachelor’s and master’s degrees or courses.

• Event: Graduation ceremony for foreign graduates of Nicolaus Copernicus University
• Participants: graduates (even if they receive their diploma after this date) with accompanying persons
• Date and venue: Saturday, June 20, 2026
  • 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – formal part at Od Nowa (number 45 on the campus map)
  • 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Goodbye Party at KOI UMK (number 83 on the campus map)
• Registration:
  • Please fill out the survey (by March 31, 2026) to help us efficiently organise this important event:
  • Initial declaration of participation in Graduation ceremony for international students
• Programme:
  • official part in gowns at the Od Nowa club with the participation of NCU authorities
    • each participant will receive a graduation cap
    • there will be an opportunity to borrow a graduation gown free of charge
  • unofficial part at the Copernican Integration Center (outdoors, barbecue)

Drodzy zagraniczni Absolwenci i Absolwentki Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu!

Za kilka miesięcy ukończycie swoje studia. Planujemy zorganizować specjalnie dla Was pożegnalne spotkanie z naszym Uniwersytetem. Wydarzenie jest skierowane do studentów zagranicznych kończących studia licencjackie, magisterskie lub inne programy kształcenia (kursy).

• Wydarzenie: Absolutorium dla zagranicznych absolwentów i absolwentek Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika
• Uczestnicy: absolwenci (nawet jeśli dyplom uzyskają po tym terminie) z osobami towarzyszącymi
• Data i miejsce: sobota, 20 czerwca 2026 r.
  • 11:00–12:30 – część oficjalna w klubie Od Nowa (nr 45 na mapie kampusu)
  • 13:00–16:00 – Goodbye Party w Kopernikańskim Ośrodku Integracji UMK (nr 83 na mapie kampusu)
• Rejestracja:
  • Prosimy o wypełnienie ankiety (do 31 marca 2026), aby pomóc nam sprawnie zorganizować to ważne wydarzenie:
  • Wstępna deklaracja udziału w uroczystości
• Program:
  • część oficjalna w togach w klubie Od Nowa z udziałem władz UMK
    • każdy uczestnik otrzyma biret absolwencki
    • będzie możliwość bezpłatnego wypożyczenia togi
  • część nieoficjalna w KOI UMK (na świeżym powietrzu, grill)
